Select Es’hail-1 or Es’hail-2 satellite from the satellite selection menu, or any satellite name on 25.5° or 26° East / Ku -Band (depending on your set-top-box model and software version).

Viewer can Search manually by using numeric buttons on the remote control: the Frequency, Symbol Rate, Polarization & FEC for each transponder parameters, can be selected from the available list in the setup box, and press search ( Network search: Disabled) Once completed, the viewer may select another transponder parameters, and proceed till the end of the list.

Alternatively, Viewer can easily download all Es’hail-1 and Es’hail-2 channels by using one frequency, Which are anchor frequencies for Es’hailsat satellites on 25.5° / 26° East, and by following Step#3.

Enter one of the below frequencies by using numeric buttons on the remote control: the Frequency, Symbol Rate, Polarization & FEC for each transponder parameters, or select it from the setup box list if available.

1. Set “Scan Mode” into All Channels
2. Set “Network Search” into Enable or choose YES
3. Set “PID Search” into Auto

Enjoy! Once search is completed, press save if requested by your setup Box, then Enjoy!
You are receiving all Es’hail-1 and Es’hail-2 Direct-to-Home TV channels.
